High Definition Wedding Video
If you are looking at having a wedding video company to make a professional wedding video of your special day you will want to ask many questions. One of those questions should be “Do you film inHigh Definition?”.
All wedding video companies should be offering High Definition (HD). Diamond Films have been filming in HD for over 2 years now and the difference in quality between Standard Definition and HD is amazing.
Why HD?
HD basically has more TV lines of resolution than SD which makes the image sharper and more vivid. SD has 576 Lines of resolution and HD has 1080 lines of resolution.
Do we see our film in HD?
Yes. If you have an HD Ready TV, and HDMI lead and a Blu-ray player.
What if I am not HD ready?
Although we film in HD your wedding video can still be produced on DVD for playback on your DVD player. The quality will be less than a Blu-ray copy of your film. Saying that we find that footage shot on an HD camera produces better results on DVD than footage shot on an SD camera.
What if I want DVD now. Can I have Blu-ray later?
Yes. We keep all our customers wedding videos in HD on hard disk. When you become HD ready in the future you can order a Blu-ray copy of your wedding.
