We shot a wedding on Saturday at Stapleford Park, Leicestershire, for Luke & Emilie Shaw and had the pleasure of working with one of the best photographers in the Business, and our good friend Simon John and his assistant Yvonne. We have worked with Simon many times since we first met in 2007.

Simon has won many awards for his work and is a Fellow Member of the British Institute of Professional Photographers.

Working with Simon you never quite know what’s going to happen! His modern ‘quirky’ fun approach to wedding photography has seen us recording the craziest of moments from The groom running the streets with his Best Man and Ushers in their underpants (They all wore superhero underpants), to finding a local industrial estate for the perfect wedding photo!

Luke & Emilie live in Paris and Chose Stapleford Park for their wedding venue as this is  where Emilie would go for days out with her family when she was a child. A lovely venue too with it’s own Church on the grounds.
